CarePro provides online tracking of children's daycare. It is a web application developed for daycare owners, who wish to have a scalable custom solution to manage their daycare.
There are multiple user roles supported by the system - SuperAdmin, Admin, Manager, Staff, Parents.
Main features of the system includes:
- Manage child activities of daycare: Regular updates of Child’s health, Food intake at daycare, Recommendation or notes provided at daycare and child daycare in and out status.
- Rooms: Child is assigned to different rooms with staff. The staff will take care of the child.
- In this section, staff can add notes, add activity plan and meal plan of a child so that parents can see that.
- Calendar: Parents can see any upcoming events/updates of their child daycare.
- News: Latest news/updates about the daycare
Further services such as automatically sending text messages, phone calls, emails, e.t.c. are yet to be integrated
