In order to design and develop a great game - processes that pay attention to every minor detail are important. We pay utmost attention to every whisker of our game's character or on every word that our game's character speaks. Our processes help us delivering great games and we need great developers that share this vision!

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Unity Developer who has an experience of 3 to 5 years!

Here are the requirements for an ideal candidate to fit this role:

  • Demonstratable experience of working for 3-5 years in unity based game development
  • Sound knowledge of mathematical concepts that are important for game development
  • Should be passionate about games and game development
  • Should be able to understand the fundamentals of 3D game development and GPU graphics pipelines
  • Should be familiar with the internal workings of a typical game engine
  • Should be able to guide other game developers in the team and solve their technical queries
  • Should be able to understand and design architecture for high performance single and multiplayer games
  • Should be able to understand game requirements and translate them into a set of discrete tasks 
  • Should be able to integrate platform specific third party APIs and plug-ins such as ad Networks, analytics, etc
  • Should be able to create wireframes, screen mockups and clickable prototypes 
  • Should be able to effectively communicate the feasibility of requested deliverables and timelines to the project manager in either of the three languages - Gujarati, English OR Hindi
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for Performance improvements of Games-specific to target platforms
  • Have utmost attention to details
  • Ability to adjust to new processes and follow defined processes
  • Should be open-minded and should not hesitate to discuss issues in their work

  • Should be always excited to learn new concepts

  • Should be open to feedback and iterations for a quality output

  • Should be capable of learning from experience

Good to have:

  • Ability to document the functional and technical designs of the system
  • Game Team Leading (Technical) Experience 
  • Project Management Experience
  • Experience of working in other game engines

Right now, we are looking for a unity developer who has an experience of 6 months to 2 years.

Specific Requirements :

  • Knowledge of OOPS concepts and their application
  • Knowledge of Mathematical concepts that are important for Game development
  • Should be passionate about games and game development
  • Good understanding of basic concepts of Unity.
  • Should have a good attention to details
  • Ability to follow a defined process
  • Ability to communicate his/her thoughts to another person clearly either in Hindi, English or Gujarati
  • Should be open-minded and should not hesitate to discuss issues in their work
  • Should be always excited to learn new concepts
  • Should be open to feedback and iterations for a quality output
  • Should be capable of learning from experience
